Registration

Registration is held each January/February for those wishing to attend the Academy the following fall. Registration for current students wishing to return for the next academic year is held prior to registration for new students. Application & Enrollment Process

We're excited that you are considering Annunciation Catholic Academy for the next academic year!  Completing our online application and enrollment process only takes 5 easy steps.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will be open Sunday, January 26, 2025 - Friday, February 7, 2025. Returning student registration begins in January each year.

COMPLETE APPLICATION

The required documents listed below must be scanned and uploaded to submit your application.

REVIEW OF APPLICATION & SCREENING

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application as well as a communication to discuss the screening from our Director of Admissions.

ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION

Acceptance decision will be conveyed in person and followed by an email describing further steps to complete enrollment when applicable. Offer is good for a limited time to be respectful to other applicants.

WELCOME TO ACA!

To secure your child’s spot:

  • Complete online enrollment packet

  • Create Family Portal account

  • Provide additional required documents

  • Access your FACTS Family Account through Portal

  • Select tuition payment plan and type of payment

  • Pay Registration & Materials Fee per student when you submit enrollment*

* After completion of the five steps, you will receive an email welcoming you to the ACA family. Once your account has been activated by our school’s office, FACTS will send you an electronic invoice reflecting your tuition payment option.

Required Documents for New Student Application

(All required documents can be uploaded with the online application or presented at the school office)

  • Copy of birth certificate (Kindergarten and first grade applicants must supply an original copy of a birth certificate to ensure the child meets the age requirements established by Florida law.)

  • Copy of baptismal certificate (Catholics only)

  • Copy of social security card

  • Copy of most recent report card (Not required for kindergarten)

  • Copy of most recent standardized test results (Not required for kindergarten)

  • Copy of testing for exceptional students services (gifted, learning disabilities, speech, etc.)

  • Family photo

  • Additional Forms

This form is for families that are NOT members of Annunciation Catholic Church. It must be completed and turned into the front office.

Fees

New Families

Application Fee: $75 per child, non-refundable
Registration Fee: $200 per child, non-refundable, payable after acceptance

Returning Families

Registration Fee: $200 per child, non-refundable, payable after acceptance

Financial Aid Application

Must be completed for each family applying for financial aid. The online application must be submitted no later than March 15. To apply for financial aid, click the FACTS button below and create an account. For information regarding financial aid, please contact our bookkeeper at FINANCIALAID@ANNUNCIATIONACADEMY.ORG.

Step Up for Students

Step Up For Students provides K-12 scholarships for low-income school children. Does your family qualify for the free or reduced lunch program? If so, you may qualify for this program too. Students who qualify may receive more than $6,000 for private school tuition. Click on the link to learn more:

Tours

Tours are conducted by appointment. Please make an appointment by contacting the front office at 407-774-2801.
